[F]acebook - Business Page
Facebook is a social networking website. Users can add friends and send them messages, and update their  profiles to notify friends about themselves. Additionally, users can join networks organized by city, workplace, school, and region. Most people are familiar with using Facebook for personal reasons. They don't however understand all the advantages it has to help you communicate your services or products to your new and current customers.

Facebook is generally better for a long-term relationships with your fans, readers or customers. The key features are: you can host a discussion on a wall or in a forum, applications can be added, messaging to all members, visitor statistics, video and photo exchanged publicly, related event and invitation creation, and promotion with social ads. Business pages are visible to any one and can have there own custom URL like: http://www.facebook.com/mybusinessname.

[T]witter
Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers. Senders can restrict delivery to those in their circle of friends or, by default, allow open access. Users can send and receive tweets via the Twitter website, Short Message Service (SMS) or external applications.

With DECADE[30] you can implement a coupon program along with your Twitter account to drive people off of Twitter and into your business. Twitter has a large range of third party tools to help you drive campaigns across it's platform. We can also keep track of conversations that mention you, your products, your company, anything, with daily updates sent directly to your email box! You can even keep track of who's tweeting your website or blog, even if they use a shortened URL (like bit.ly or tinyurl.com). This will be optimal for your online reputation management, catching all your @replies and @mentions! You can monitor local activity around your local area responding to relevant tweets out on twitter and bringing the traffic back to the business.
